Echoes is an installation-performance of five moving participants and one guide, presented inside a courtyard or large enclosed space.

The piece takes audio reflection and the spatialisation of sound as its starting point. Over the course of 30 minutes, a series of interactions of movement, sound and audio reflection — specifically cycling, singing, and echoing — are presented by the six participants.

Echoes was first presented as part of the events program of Neither Here Nor There (Grimmuseum, Berlin), in 2013, in the courtyard of Jägerstrasse 51 in Berlin-Mitte, and then in the courtyard of Aqua-Carré, Berlin-Kreuzberg. Video of Echoes has also been shown at subsequent events and exhibitions.
